Danielle is the owner of Two Twelve Consulting & The Agency which provide human resources and recruitment services to businesses of all sizes. She built the company off the side of her desk after leaving a highly successful position that just wasn't checking off the boxes of balance or integration in her life.

Today, her businesses are thriving, she's a present and involved Mom of 3 and she leads by example in the Peace Region community. We couldn't wait to have this girlfriend on the podcast because whenever we're around Danielle, we have the kind of conversations that feel like chatting with an old friend.
